Terms of Service

Last updated: April 14, 2026

Welcome to CreatorCodes

CreatorCodes is a platform that connects shoppers and creators through discount codes. Shoppers install the CreatorCodes Chrome extension and get creator codes applied automatically at checkout. Creators list their codes on CreatorCodes so their audience never forgets to use them.

By using any part of CreatorCodes — the website, the Chrome extension, or the creator dashboard — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

What CreatorCodes Does

The CreatorCodes Chrome extension detects when you reach a checkout page at a supported brand and automatically finds and applies a relevant creator discount code. The codes shown come from creators who have registered with CreatorCodes and submitted their affiliate or discount codes.

When a code is applied and a purchase is completed, CreatorCodes records the event so the creator can be credited. This helps shoppers save money and helps creators earn commissions they would otherwise miss.

For Shoppers

The extension is free to install and use. We do not charge shoppers anything, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties. The codes applied at checkout are public creator codes — using them does not cost you anything extra.

We cannot guarantee that every code will work or produce savings on every order. Codes may expire, be restricted to certain products, or be limited by the brand's own terms. If a code does not work, you are not obligated to complete the purchase.

For Creators

By submitting a discount or affiliate code to CreatorCodes, you confirm that you have the right to share that code and that doing so does not violate any agreement you have with the brand. CreatorCodes is free for creators to join — we do not charge upfront fees or subscriptions.

When CreatorCodes recovers a commission for you — meaning a shopper uses your code at checkout and completes a purchase that would otherwise have been missed — CreatorCodes invoices a small share of that recovered commission automatically via Stripe. You will be notified of the billing terms when you connect your payment method. No commission is recovered, no invoice is issued.

You can remove your codes or revoke billing authorization at any time from your creator dashboard. Removing a code stops it from being shown to new shoppers. Revoking billing stops future invoices but does not reverse charges already settled.

Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the CreatorCodes extension. You may not submit codes you do not own or have permission to share. You may not attempt to manipulate attribution, inflate commission counts, or otherwise game the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Service Availability

CreatorCodes is a beta service. Features may change, be removed, or behave differently as we iterate. We will communicate significant changes to the service via email or in-app notice where possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Termination

Either party may stop using the service at any time. Creators can remove their codes and close their account through the dashboard. CreatorCodes may suspend access for violations of these terms. Codes already submitted remain visible to existing shoppers until explicitly removed by the creator or by CreatorCodes.

Changes to These Terms

We will notify creators and registered users of significant changes to these terms via email before they take effect. Continued use of CreatorCodes after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available at creatorcodes.com/terms.
